Our production facilities allow us the creation - within deadlines prearranged together with you - of both small and large production batches as well as plastic-moulded products (single components, biomaterial bimaterial co-moulding) whose weight can range from 0.5 g to approximately 4,5 Kg.

Today Sabaplast is provided with 50 last generation injection presses, that can mould from 7 to 1200 tons. These machines are located in throughout the production departments – divided into two factories covering a total surface of 9000 sqm which includes a department dedicated to high precision moulds design and realization.
